Beta Tester Agreement

Terms of participation in the NoData testing program

1. Program Overview

The NoData Beta Tester program provides free access to NoData products for a limited period, in exchange for active cooperation with the NoData team. Goal: test the system in real conditions, identify issues, improve the product, and help the Beta Tester secure their organization. The service is provided AS IS — no guarantee of 100% uptime, no SLA, and no liability for damages.

2. What the Beta Tester Receives

- Full access to the assigned tier (Starter / Business / Enterprise) for the coupon duration - Direct support from the NoData team - Priority for bug fixes and reported feature requests - Option to upgrade to a paid plan at any time (coupon marked as upgraded) - Access to all updates and improvements released during the Beta period

3. What is Required from the Beta Tester

- Active cooperation: use the product, report issues, respond to questions from the NoData team - Bug reporting: report every issue you encounter - Feedback: share opinions on UX, interface, processes - Availability: be available for at least one call/message per week (5-15 minutes) - Transparency: if you stopped using the product — let us know, we'll understand and learn

4. No Publication Without Coordination

There is a strict prohibition on publishing, sharing, or distributing any content related to NoData without prior coordination with the NoData team. This includes: - Reviews, posts, tweets, stories - Screenshots or recordings of the system - Comparisons to competitors - Quotes from conversations with the team - Any content mentioning NoData by name Reason: The product is in Beta — it does not represent the final version. Publishing bugs, missing features, or unfinished UI could damage the reputation. Want to write something? Contact us first. In most cases we'll approve and even help write it.

5. Program Termination

NoData may terminate Beta Tester access at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: - Violation of these terms (especially section 4) - Persistent lack of cooperation - Misuse of the system - General Beta program termination Upon termination: - Tier reverts to Free - All data created during Beta will be preserved and available in Free (within tier limits) - Upgrade to a paid plan is available at any time

6. Intellectual Property

All NoData intellectual property — including code, design, algorithms, and documentation — belongs to NoData Ltd. Feedback, improvement suggestions, and bug reports submitted to NoData become NoData's property and may be used to improve the product. The Beta Tester does not receive rights to the code, design, or any part of the system.
In short

You get free access. In return — cooperate, report, and don't publish without coordination. Want to upgrade? Pay and get more value.
