We don't show data.
We show what actually happens to it.
The system of truth for how data moves through your organization. See the gap between the policy you signed and the behavior in your production traffic — then enforce it with proof anyone can verify.
Four levels of obligation. Same core technology — control deepens as your responsibility grows.

Enterprises don't lack security tools.
They lack visibility into how data actually moves.
A typical 500-employee org pays ~$300K/year across three categories — and still cannot prove what their data did yesterday.
| Capability | Your $300K stack | NoData | Reality |
|---|---|---|---|
| Data mapping | ✓ | ✓ | Both map. Only one shows behavior. |
| PII classification | ✓ | ✓ | Both label. Only one acts. |
| Leak prevention | partial | ✓ | Blocking ≠ control. |
| Control after sending | — | ✓ | Revoke a sent file. Burn access. Forever. |
| Cryptographic proof of events | — | ✓ | Logs aren't evidence. Receipts are. |
| Real-time flow visibility | partial | ✓ | Policy says one thing. Reality says another. We show both. |
Replace the $300K stack you don't trust.
NoData is the reality layer for enterprise data movement. Not another box. The one that shows what the others miss.

When control is not enough — proof and liability.
Capsule Pro covers control on the ladder above. Continuum and Sovereign exist for organizations whose obligation is heavier: proof of what happened (Continuum) and bearing court-grade liability (Sovereign). Both are sales-led by nature — Big-4 readiness, on-prem, dedicated TAM, eIDAS QEL.
Capsule Continuum
For organizations where outbound data creates regulatory exposure, legal liability, or audit obligation.
- Court-defensible evidence for every event
- Auditable policy engine for outbound flows
- Evidence bundles ready for SOC 2 / Big-4 / regulator
- Integration with Microsoft Purview / Box / Cyera (roadmap)

Where do you fit?
Don't ask sales. Tick the boxes that describe you. 2 or more checked? You're the next tier up.
You are Continuum if…
- Data leaves your org at high volume
- You are audited (SOC 2 / Big-4 / regulators)
- You already use tools like Microsoft Purview or Cyera
- Different business units require different policies
- Evidence is needed quarterly or yearly
You are Sovereign if…
- You are a regulator, government, or national-critical org
- On-prem is non-negotiable
- Court-grade chain of custody is required
- eIDAS / national-level QEL is in your roadmap
Where are you in the proof lifecycle?
Choose the stage that matches your obligation. These are not upgrades — they are lifecycle stages buyers recognize.

DPA in 1 week, not 6.
Linked, not installed — no MDM, no CAB.
We never see your data — bounded failure mode.
Three procurement-velocity advantages. Together they save 8–12 weeks against the typical CISO purchase cycle. That is $10K–$20K of deal-velocity value per seat — enough to pay back the first year of Capsule Pro before kickoff.
Per-tenant flat vs per-user tax.
NoData = per-tenant flat. Others = per-user. The pricing axis is the architectural difference. We charge for the boundary; they charge for the seat.
| Vendor | Model | List price | For 200 users | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NoData · Capsule Pro | per protected tenant · flat | $14K (Reveal) / $28K (Full) / yr | $14K (Reveal) / $28K (Full) | No per-user tax. Includes outbound control + baseline anchoring. |
| Microsoft Purview Suite | per user / yr | $144 / user | $28,800 | M365 only. Inside-org scope. No cross-channel post-send. |
| Seclore EDRM | enterprise contract | ~$29,000 / yr | ~$29,000 | Heavy install. Recipient agent. Slow procurement. |
| Virtru | per user / yr | $60–$180 / user | $12K–$36K | Email + Drive primarily. No revoke for off-platform forwards. |
| Cyberhaven | per user / yr | ~$134 / user | ~$26,800 | Endpoint surveillance. Predicts; doesn’t prove after the fact. |
| Box (Business Plus) | per user / mo | $57.50 / user | $138,000 | Inside-org collaboration. Loses control once shared externally. |
List prices from public Vendr / G2 / vendor sites, normalized to a 200-user reference org for comparison. Discounts vary; Microsoft Purview Suite is part of E5 bundles for some customers.
Before you commit.
Why 4 tiers?
Because 4 tiers cover 99% of buyers cleanly. Free for tasting the product. Pro Team ($29/user/mo) for individuals and small offices up to 25 users. Capsule Pro ($14K (Reveal) / $28K (Full)/yr per protected tenant) for companies that cross the 25-user mark — at which point per-tenant flat is cheaper than per-seat AND adds proof layer. Enterprise (Continuum + Sovereign) for organizations whose obligation is proof or liability, not just control.
Why is Capsule Pro per-tenant when Pro Team is per-user?
Because corporates buy boundaries, not seats. A 250-broker insurance agency is one procurement decision, not 250. Charging $29/user there forces stack-overload pricing AND inflates the deal beyond CISO discretionary thresholds. Per-tenant lets us price by the boundary that needs protection, which is also our architectural unit. Individuals and small teams still buy by seat because that is how they think about cost.
What does the free tier give me?
The full envelope catalog (view + try), the in-browser viewer, the public chain, the burn switch, watermarks, and Bitcoin-anchored proof. Limits when the Free-tier gate is active: 10 wraps/month, 7-day TTL max, time-lock up to 24h, 1 user / 1 device. Enough to test the product end to end, send a real wrapped file, and see the proof on chain. Free quotas are designed to push you to Pro Team when you actually start using the product daily.
Why does Pro Team cover both individuals and 2–25-user offices?
Because the difference between "1 lawyer who sends 50 contracts/month" and "5 lawyers who each send 10 contracts/month" is administrative, not architectural. Both want unlimited wraps, all 7 envelopes, M365 integration, AI agent identity, content signing, Hebrew/Israeli ID patterns. Charging them differently was a marketing surface complication; a single $29/user/mo tier is honest and lets you self-add seats as your team grows.
When do I outgrow Pro Team and move to Capsule Pro per-tenant?
The math is mechanical: at 30 users × $32/u/mo × 12 ≈ $11,520/yr, you are already paying close to Capsule Pro · Reveal ($14K/yr) — but per-seat gives you control PER USER, not org-wide visibility into how data actually moves. Reveal at $14K replaces seat-counting with a reality gap report no per-user license can produce. Once you see the gap and want to act on it, Full ($28K/yr) flips on enforcement + court-defensible proof.
What is Mode-not-Tier inside Capsule Pro?
Capsule Pro is one billing tier with two operational modes. Reveal ($14K/yr) maps your data flow continuously and shows the reality gap between your written policy and what is actually happening — no enforcement. Full ($28K/yr) flips on enforceable control + court-defensible proof of every event. You start in Reveal because you do not yet know what you do not know. Once Reveal surfaces real gaps, you upgrade to Full with one click in your console — no sales call, no new contract, just a flag flip.
When do I outgrow Capsule Pro and need Continuum or Sovereign?
When obligation crosses from "control" into "evidence" or "liability". Continuum ($40K/yr) is for organizations under audit pressure — SOC 2, Big-4, regulator, internal legal — where you need court-defensible evidence bundles ready when something happens. Sovereign ($180K+/yr) is for environments where outsourcing custody itself is not an option — government, regulated banking, eIDAS QEL, on-prem chain of custody that holds up in front of a judge. Capsule Pro Full gives you control. Continuum proves what happened. Sovereign proves it in your perimeter, under your law.
Are receipts really publicly verifiable without you?
Yes. Every receipt is signed with an Ed25519 key whose public counterpart is published at /api/chain/pubkey. A regulator, an auditor, or any recipient can verify any chain with a five-line script in any language. We do not hold the keys to your trust.
Is my data ever visible to NoData?
No. The wrap key never leaves the boundary your contract permits. Your environment for self-hosted, our HSM for hosted Continuum, an env-pinned key for Capsule. We control the wrapper. We never see what is inside.
Most tools help you control data. NoData makes it provable when it matters.
